What’s on offer?

This Zoom event opens with a 15-20 minute introductory presentation of climate-related concerns in food production, and . This is followed by the main activity, a 40-minute show-and-tell that engages participants with what is in our fridges and pantries, discussing hidden and not-so-hidden climate costs of even our most basic foodstuffs such as vegetables and rice.
