Two events in November that focus on the concept of Plogging - jogging while picking up litter. The events will be held on a Saturday (10:00-13:00). We will have both practical elements to the event as well as information sharing. The main element of the events will be the opportunity for attendees to take part in Plogging in a fun and safe environment. The events will be based at two secondary schools (Crown Hills Community College & Lancaster Academy).
We will introduce / reinforce the benefits of Plogging and allow attendees to take part in this. They will be able to fully understand the concept and how to safely undertake it, As well as taking part in Plogging, we also plan to have a room set up where attendees can find out more information about the partners involved in the event and the work that they are completing in the community.
