What’s it about?

A conversation about grassroots, activist and community organising

Dr Stephen Allen from the Management School and Dead Earnest Theatre Company present this audio play exploring leaderless organisations and the dynamics of power and influence within them. The conversation in the podcast is a fictional dialogue that aims to prompt listeners to reflect on the issues considered in relation to their own work in grassroots, activist and community organising.

Based on Dr Allen's research into what being ecologically sustainable and socially equitable means for people and organisations.

This podcast will be published at 8am on Wednesday 3 November 2021 and will remain available throughout the festival.
