This virtual event on Microsoft Teams launches the TESOLGraphic website, an online repository of infographic summaries of secondary research in TESOL for English-as-a-Second-Language, English-as-a-Foreign-Language, English-as-an-Additional-Language, and English for Academic/Specific Purposes teachers, funded by Queen’s University Belfast. There will be a talk, followed by a demonstration of the online repository.
This event will introduce what secondary research is and how it can provide the latest and more robust evidence for innovative ELT methodologies, and will demonstrate the features and potential of the online repository, the use of infographics, and plans for its expansion.
This event will be led by Dr. Sin Wang Chong, Assistant Professor in TESOL at the School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work, Queen's University Belfast and Mehdi Shaahdadi, an EFL teacher and research assistant
