What’s on offer?

Exploring how emotions, reactions and beliefs around climate change may affect people at work and how working on climate change influences organisational functioning.

What’s it about?

The findings from two studies into the lived experience of people working on climate change will be shared.

The key similarities and differences will be explored and the discussion opened up to the audience, inviting attendees to reflect on how the ideas relate to their own experience.

Dr Nadine Andrews, Visiting Researcher at the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business Lancaster University and Rebecca Nestor, Doctoral researcher at Essex University/Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
